Data collected via the demo form

When you request a demonstration, we collect your name, work email address, firm name and optional message. This data is used solely to contact you and schedule the demo.

Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures (Art. 31 nFADP).

Pilot application data

During the pilot, user accounts and uploaded documents are processed on a dedicated VPS in Switzerland. Anonymization is performed locally before any send to the Claude API. Pseudonymized data sent to Anthropic is subject to their terms of use.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Matomo (analytics.d-side.pro) for privacy-friendly audience measurement. Matomo may set technical cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies.

Hosting and transfers

Data is hosted in Switzerland. Sending pseudonymized text to the Claude API (Anthropic, United States) constitutes a cross-border transfer covered by applicable contractual safeguards and prior anonymization.

Your rights

Under the nFADP, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact info@d-side.pro.

Retention period

Demo requests are kept for the duration of commercial follow-up, then deleted. Pilot data is retained for the contract term and in accordance with legal obligations.
